Always a confident pleasure to bring one of our Volvos to Jeff's! I mention that because, although it's called Jeff's "Volks Home," we also think of it as Jeff's "Volvos Home." The Team's training and experience showed up yet again during this last visit when their thorough check-up picked up a broken coil spring and a defective axel (that had been installed last spring and will be replaced at no cost). I particularly appreciate knowing that Derek and his colleagues reflect manufacturer's maintenance schedules in their support to keeping our vehicles operating safely and dependably year-'round.
