Good all round service.

Needed new tires and made one call to Derek. Within minutes I received a callback from Trent with a quote. I did some comparison shopping and their pricing was spot on. I called back, an appointment was made and done on time and on budget. Nothing fancy…just great care and service. These guys (plus Lisa) are good!

They do their best to accommodate my schedule. They clearly explain any mechanical/technical issue with my car before they complete any service. No issues with Jeff's Old Volks.

Wonderful service

We recently went out to start our car (to go and vote) 15 minutes after having arrived home from another drive. Nothing. It wouldn't start - lights on the dash but no turnover, no sound, nothing else. Despite several upcoming full days of bookings, Lesa said, "Bring it over and we'll do what we can." By the end of the day (after regular hours), the issue had been figured out and the parts had been ordered, and we were back on the road soon after they arrived. Can't thank you enough!!
