Quality, fast and reasonably priced. Most places would shy away from doing exaust work on a Defender. Jeff even check personally to make sure I was happy with the work.

I brought my Vanagon to Old Volks home after a couple years of ordering parts and getting assistance over the phone with the shop. Due to Covid, it was nearly a year before I could pick it up. Not only did they repair the original running issues, Derek and Zack did a very thorough inspection and wound up fixing a large number of things. They went above and beyond and put their personal touches on a number of things I hadnt even expected. It was a beautiful day to have the opportunity to pick her up, meet the fine folks at Jeffs Old Volks home and take her out on the road. A drive Ive been eagerly awaiting for a few years with absolutely no issues. Thank you to everyone for such an amazing communication platform, tailored and personal service, detailed photos and going above and beyond in each detail and communication. So grateful.

Excellent service from top to bottom. Always informed as to what was happening with the vehicle (or wasn’t) on one occasion as the wrong parts were sent. Really appreciated the calls from the front desk and from the mechanic as to how things were proceeding. Reasonable rates as well. A multitude of problems were looked after and the vehicle has been purring along without issues. Will return without hesitation and recommend Jeff’s Old Volks Home to one and all.

Bring my car in to check about a wheel vibration. Find quicly the problem and solved it. They also find that I was due for a normal maintenance and done it as well. Very good service to clients and follow up.
